Amirlatifi named Associate Director of the PATENT lab

In collaboration with the Computer Science and Engineering Department, Amin Amirlatifi was named the Associate Director of the Predictive Analytics and Technology Integration (PATENT) lab in January 2023.

PATENT is funded by a major endowment from Mr. and Mrs. McKay and several federal grants from DoD, NSF, NSA, DoE, and the Army. PATENT conducts fundamental and applied research in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Cyber-Physical Systems. Core application areas of PATENT include Predictive Maintenance, Healthcare Management, Cybersecurity, Decision/Policy Support Systems, Internet of Things, and Smart Cities.
